Case Description: A customer needs soluble expression of a high-molecular-weight protein, which is composed of two subunits of different molecular weight and a tag that may affect its biological activity. Hzymes Biotech utilized chromatography process optimization without using a tag and finally screened suitable expression and purification conditions, finally the target protein achieved soluble expression with > 98% purity and good functionality.

Case 1: Expression and purification of the large and small subunit complexes

Case Description:A customer had high requirements for renaturation efficiency and activity of inclusion body protein,at the same time, there was also a need for amplification preparation in the later stage.Hzymes used the platform based variable renaturation screening process to conduct high-throughput screening and process monitoring of the denaturation and renaturation of the protein, finally explored and amplified degeneration process conditions, protein purity > 95% after refolding and purification, protein activity can meet customer expectations.
